When ordering a cake with Thanh's Cake Stop, we require 14 days notice to start doing any preparations required. If you do need a cake within 7 days please contact us to see if we are able to help.

To place an order or obtain a quote, you can contact as by the Contact Us page, email address or mobile number. We will try to respond as soon as we can, but if you do not receive a response within 5 days, please try contacting us again. You can message us via our Facebook page, but quotes and orders will be confirmed by email.

Orders can be paid by cash or bank transfer. Please ask us for our details for the payment method.
A deposit is required 7 days before the cake is to be picked up. The remainder of the balance is due at least 3 days prior to pick if payment is done by bank transfer. Cash payments can be made at the time of pick up.

If for some reason you need to cancel your cake order, you should contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the length of advance notice and amount of preparations done, your deposit may not be refunded.
